It has served well for cooking and condiments. It is a light cooking medium and food cooked in it requires less quantity. I have even used it in baking breads, with good results.
Great for salads, been making French dressing with it. Enhances flavours of salads, dips and dressings. It is excellent for making mayonnaise too.
After experimenting with various Chole masalas, settled for this as I found the outcome close to Amritsari chole taste. It gives a wonderful taste to any type of chole cooked, be it kichcher chole, pindi chana (though pindi chana masala is also available). Worth trying.
I have been using this for a while and found it enhances the taste of salads and dips. The tanginess in it adds to enhancing the flavour too.
Since the rice is aged it cooks well and does not stick if cooked properly. Also there other versions like dubar, tibar and classic are good for biryani, pulao as well as boiled.
Been using for the past few years for biryani with very satisfactory results. Each grain stays separate when cooked. If you want it sticky for curd rice recipe, it needs to be over boiled.

It can be stored in the packing till expiry date. It is handy as a lot of dishes can be quickly made with it. Tastes good and is economical.
It tastes good and does not have extra sourness. It is creamy. I keep restocking it as it can be utilised from raita, dips to making dishes.
