I am a home chef and everyday I have something in my mind to experiment some new recepies so I use this product regular making sandwiches ,rolls of different types ,kathi rolls and many more this taste amazingly you can't live a single bite also it makes my every recepie special so truly recommend this product and the name it self has the quality Dr.Otekar's all product I have tried and tasted .

I have this product available always at home Insted of calling pizza from out I make personally at home and this seasoning complete my pizza which gives same taste the way we call from outside pizza not only in this I use this seasoning in many other recepies which I make at home its truly worth in price and quantity stays for long when you keep in refrigerator.

I was not knowing about how to use the almond milk first I had like a normal milk we have always. But then i experimented this almond milk to make ice cream at home and result was amazing its healthy and delicious its unsweetened but you can add sugar and have it and while making ice cream you can use any fruit with that or simple vanilla essence and fresh cream.

Ginger garlic paste usually we make it at home but I always purchase this while shopping for groceries it has purely homemade taste so we got some relaxation from peeling garlic and ginger i use in many of my recepies actually without this my recepies are in complete.

Its been many years I am using this same oil without any doubts in mind ,because fortune oil has not only health benefits but very light also no need of using to much oil while cooking.Its has low fat easy to digest and with benefits of vitamins presents in the oil.I truly recommend to use this oil.

Punjabi aloo launji tried this 120gm pkt ready to use curry paste.I followed the instructions mention behind the pack and prepared.It has very much sweet and tasty and little bit tangy, the ingredients mention behind pack i saw it has jaggery and tamarind paste also but one thing what I felt while eating it was giving me more sweet taste I think its because of onion it was more taste like fried onion mixed so it was over powering the tangy taste more of sweet I felt ,the spices present in that bay leaf and blackpepper can actually taste while eating.While cooking the aroma of the curry was tempting.Its written on pack can be served for 4 but actually it can go for only 2 or max 3 person because if we add more water to increase the amount it will loose the actual taste of spices,then u have to add additional salt also.But I did as per instructions on pack and made for only 3 persons.One main ingredient is missing in the spices is fennel seeds its a must to maintain digestion.which is been used in this recepie and if possible skip onion, otherwise everything is good aroma and taste loved it but I need little more tangy then sweet.The recepie Aloo kalunji is sweet and tangy.The packet is very nice easy to use.

Tasty Tales Manglorean Ghee Roast thank you TASTY TALES AND GOTOCHEF for sending me this hamper , tried this ready to use curry paste. Its a traditional Mangalorean recepie,cooking instruction mention behind the pack where this curry paste you can use for veg and nonveg both like paneer,prawns and chicken. So I tried with both one was with paneer and one with chicken both the result was super awesome in taste. The quantity 140gms is quiet enough to make 500gms chicken and 250gms paneer . The spices used are perfect ,but the only problem I find is the masala is too spicy where as I prepared dividing the masala into two to make 2 dishes but still the spiciness was more . People who love to eat spicy can enjoy ,but elderly people can have acidity problem if they eat this much spicy ,so to balance one ingredient is missing which is jaggery maybe it can help to maintain the spice balance. Pack is good price is also reasonable for the quantity it will be enough for one kg chicken also. Please check the ration of chilli 7.8%to 5.8 to balance perfect taste of authentic and add jaggery also for MANGLOREAN GHEE ROAST.

Thank you gotochef and Naagin Indian Hot sauce for sending this hamper to review.I tried this by making chettinad prawns from this and believe me as per mention on the bottle Heat level is high and it is extra spicy.The sauce comes in glass bottle with a good shape I like the most and even the way I wanted my recepie of prawns to be super spicy and the result was great as expected .While using you have to use portion carefully how much spicy you can handle use as per that.I think by using while making non veg recepies will go awesome specially making tandoori items it will give you nice taste as well as good colour to your recepie.Important thing to share cannot be used as a dip only it can be used with other ingredients just because it is too spicy.So overall I can say I like it.Pakaging and price is good.

After trying this soupy noodles what I like more is the soupy taste which gives you little Italian and Indian mixture of taste.Its really good when you are craving for soup or noodles which you get a good combination together, then what else you want.
