Description

Acidity Regulator (INS 325) is the sodium salt of lactic acid produced by fermentation of a sugar source like corn or beets and then, by neutralizing the resulting lactic acid. It is naturally in liquid form but is also available in powder form.It can be used as a food additive as acidity regulator, preservative and antimicrobial agent, which is highly effective against bacteria, fungi, and yeast.
