Description
Almond butter is a paste made from sweet, edible almonds. It is prepared by grinding shelled, blanched, raw or roasted almonds. It comes in two variations – Stir and Non-stir. Stir versions of butter are totally smooth and non-stir versions are emulsified butter, which is normally mixed with agents like chocolate or flax seed.
