Description

Antioxidant (INS 307 c) is naturally-occurring form of vitamin E, a fat-soluble vitamin. It is derived from from vegetable oils like wheat and rice germ. It is an European Union approved food additive and can be used as an antioxidant in fatty products to prevent animal oils turning rancid. It can also be used as a dietary supplement for vitamin E deficiency.
