Usage Tips

Description

Apricot Pulp is the pulp extracted from completely matured deseeded apricot fruit, also known as Prunus Armenia L. Its color is usually bright yellow and may vary from shades of orange to yellow. It imparts fresh apricot flavor to yogurts, icecreams and baby foods.

Selection Guide

Look for soft and juicy apricots to prepare apricot pulp. When buying readymade, Check for their manufacturing and expiry date to confirm their freshness.
