Description

Baby Iceberg lettuce is round in shape, and small in size, about the size of a softball. Its leaves are tightly bound, broadly shaped, thick-walled, and crisp with high water content. Its outer leaves are typically light green in color, and the inner leaves range from pale yellow to a translucent white. It is crunchy, tender, and juicy. It is available throughout the year. Today it is widely available and can be found in North America, Central America, South America, Africa, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
