BCAA (Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine)

Vegetarian

Description

Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) are a group of three essential amino acids, leucine, isoleucine, and valine. These three proteinogenic BCAAs are among the nine essential amino acids for humans. “Branched-chain” refers to the chemical structure of BCAAs, which are naturally found in protein-rich foods like meat, eggs and dairy products. BCAAs are consumed in supplement form in order to boost muscle growth and enhance exercise performance, in people with low dietary protein intake.
