Description
Behara is one of the important fruit which is used in the formation called Triphala. It is a tree that grows up to a height of 60 to 80 feet. This tree is used in almost all parts of India. Behara fruit is traditionally used in ayurvedic medicine as a paste mixed with buttermilk or as a tea.
