Description

Black Rice Puffs are black rice grains heated under high pressure to form puffed grain, in the presence of steam. They can also be roasted in the sand over a wood fire. They are black in colour due to the presence of antioxidants, anthocyanin present in them. This variety of rice is sustainably grown in West Bengal. Black rice puffs have a light and crunchy texture.
