Description
Brown rice atta is made from rice kernels that have been processed to remove outer the outer hulls, but not the bran layers covering the kernel. The rice kernels are ground in a high-speed blender or food processor. It has little a darker shade and grainy texture than flour milled from polished rice. It can be used as a gluten-free alternative to plain flours in cooking and baking.
