Description
Buffalo milk is the milk from the mammary glands of buffalo. It is mostly used in South Asia, with India, China and Pakistan being the biggest producers. It is rich in protein, calcium, and iron, but it is also higher in fat content than the traditional cow's milk. It is used in some Western countries for the production of buffalo mozzarella cheese.
