Description

Caramel is obtained by heating sugar in a skillet until it turns into amber colored liquid. It can be pour into sheet tray and let hardened. It can be removed from the sheet and broken into manageable pieces. Caramel Powder is ground form of hardened caramel, in a food processor until completely fine. It is a light brown powder that can be sprinkled over desserts.
