Description
Chicken keema is simple and easy to make Indian dish with chicken mince, onions, tomatoes, spices and herbs. It is eaten with rice or roti. To make chicken keema at home, firstly, wash the boneless chicken keema very well and using a strainer so that there is no water inside it. Now in a large wok, add oil and heat it. Then add sliced onions and saute them for few minutes.Add slit green chilies, salt as per taste, mix and saute well for few minutes. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute well. Once cooked, add the boneless chicken keema into the wok. Roast the keema for few minutes until its color changes. As you keep stirring, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, mix well and cook the keema for few minutes until oil leaves the sides. Add the chopped tomatoes, mix well and cook until tomatoes get soft, pulpy and they should get completely mixed with the keema curry. Add water and cook the keema on medium to low flame until it gets soft. Add kali mirch powder, garam masala powder, chopped coriander leaves, mix well and continue to cook the chicken keema for 5 more minutes. Make sure that there is no leftover water. Serve hot with roti, chapathi or paratha.
