Description
Compound choco chips are tear-drop shaped, chocolate morsels prepared from a combination of cocoa, vegetable fat, and sweeteners. Coconut oil or palm kernel oil is used in place of the cocoa butter making it a low-cost alternative to choco chips. They can be added to baked goods or can be used as topping on desserts.
