Description
Coriander is an entirely edible, soft leafy, annual herb in the family Apiaceae. It is native to Southwest Asia and North Africa. It produces petite whitish-pink flowers in clusters called umbels. They have lacy decorative appearance with minimal aroma. They can be used along with coriander leaves at the end of cooking.
