Description

Coriander leaves are sun-dried or dried in the oven for 20-30 minutes until leaves lose their fresh green look and turn crisp. The dried leaves can be ground to a fine, brown powder in a grinder, producing coriander leaf powder. It can be used to flavor rice and curries.

Selection Guide

Go for 100% natural coriander leaf powder with no artificial additives. It is generally brown in color but its color may slightly vary depending upon the freshness of the leaves used and natural drying conditions.
