  1. Crispy Rice Flakes can be used as a base for various namkeens. They can be mixed with peanuts and cornflakes and served as evening snack with tea or coffee. They can also be added to bhelpuri.

Description

Crispy rice flakes are flattened rice flakes(poha) fried in hot oil at at medium-high heat (until they are crisp) and sprinkled with salt. They can be mixed with some peanuts or other ingredients(cornflakes, roasted black chana and spices) and served as a light, healthy snack.

Selection Guide

When buying Crispy Rice Flakes in readymade form, make sure it is properly sealed as they may lose their crispness if left open or loose.
