Crospovidone is basically a water-insoluble synthetic cross-linked PVP. The color of crospovidone is white to light yellow. It is a powder that is both inert and insoluble. It is an inactive ingredient that the pharmaceutical industry uses to aid the absorption of the active ingredients in medications and dietary supplements.
