Description
Chives are a perennial herb of the genus Allium, with long green stems. Dehydrated Chives are the dried chives that are spread on parchment paper or silpat and set outside in the direct sunlight until dry. They can also be dried in a microwave or food dehydrator. Once dried, they are crushed to bits and used for flavouring or seasoning dishes.
