Description

Dried basil is made from drying fresh basil to preserve the flavour of the basil. It is frequently used in Italian, Thai, Vietnamese and Laotian cuisines. It is extremely aromatic which has lemony-anise and slightly peppery-minty odor.

Selection Guide

When purchasing look for the ''use by date'' on packaging. Pack should be well sealed. It should be store in a glass container in a cool, dark place away from direct light and heat.
