Look for completely dried coriander leaves in well-sealed packaging. Lose dehydrated coriander leaves may lose their aroma and flavour. Also, look for the expiration date on their packaging.

Description
Dried Coriander Leaves are the dried, stemless coriander leaves that are dehydrated either under the sun, in the oven or in a food dehydrator. Dried coriander leaves turn crispy and a little brownish on drying with no moisture content in them. They are crumbled to use in culinary preparations.
