Description

Dried Curd Dip Green Chilli are green chillies soaked overnight in a mixture of curd and salt, and sun-dried for 4-5 days until they are thoroughly dried. They are considered as one of the popular condiments in South Indian Cuisines. When required, they can be fried in oil till dark-brown and served along with meals.
