When choosing dried peaches, pay attention to the presence of aroma. The absence of a characteristic pleasant odor may indicate a violation of the rules for storing fruits. It should not be wet in appearance. A good quality dried peach must be dry, clean and without a whitish coating.

Description
Peaches are soft, juicy and fleshy fruits produced by the peach tree. Peaches were first cultivated in China as far back as 8,000 years ago. Peaches can be eaten as fresh fruits as well as dried fruits. Peaches can be easily dried at home with minimal equipment. It is advisable to immediately separate small, medium and large-sized peaches as the drying temperature will depend on its size. Large fruits are recommended to be cut in half beforehand whereas, for small fruits, they can be dried whole. Lay down the washed and prepared peaches in a thin even layer on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and heat it in the oven at 65 degrees. Make sure to remove it from time to time from the oven to turn it upside down.
