Description

Eel is long and thin fish which looks like a snake. It has elongated shape, slimy skin and median fins. Eel ranges in length from 5cm to 4 m.

Selection Guide

Choose eel fishes that are still alive with size around 700-900 grams. Dead eel might not be clean and there might be the risk that the entrails have spoiled the meat.
