Description

Erythorbic Acid is a stereoisomer of ascorbic acid (vitamin C). It is a vegetable-derived food additive obtained from sucrose. It is in the form of odourless white to light yellow white, crystal or crystal powder. It is considered as a food additive and is denoted by E number E315.
