Description

Erythritol is a sugar alcohol that is used as a wonderful sugar substitute. It is found naturally in small proportion in grapes, pears, melons, and mushrooms, along with fermented foods like wine and soy sauce. It is considered to be a low calorie sweetener. Its is produced naturally in fermented fruits and can be made from cornstarch.
