Description
Bergamot is a fragrant citrus fruit from the tropical, Citrus bergamia plant in the family, ‎Rutaceae. It is similar to orange in size and yellow or green color similar to a lime. Bergamot essential oil is extracted from the citrus fruit which grows on bergamot orange trees. The oil is generally cold-pressed produced by cells inside the rind of the fruit.
