Description

Ethoxylated Mono and Diglycerides are some of the oldest and widely used food emulsifiers, produced by an interaction between glycerides and ethylene oxide. They are derived from the glycerol found in plant oils and animal fat. They are used as emulsifier and dough conditioner in foods, and also improve shelf life of baked goods.
