Description
Evaporated cane sugar is a fine, golden crystal that is less processed than regular white or brown sugar. It is more nutritious than other sugars. When refining white and brown sugar, the sugar cane is refined through many steps but evaporated cane sugar is made by discarding all those refining steps. It has a light tan colour.
