Usage Tips

  1. Ginger-green chilli paste can be stored in refrigerator for upto one week and in freezer for at least three months. It can be used in preparation of vegetables and curries. It can also be used in Khaman Dhokla, Gujarati Kadhi and Moong Dal Kachori.

Description

Ginger-green chili paste is a smooth paste prepared by blending equal quantities of peeled and chopped ginger and chopped green chillies in a food blender, along with some lemon juice/oil , and salt to taste. When garlic is added to it, it forms ginger garlic green chilli paste. It can be used for flavouring savoury dishes.
