Description
Goji berries are reddish-orange colored berry. Indigenous to Asia, goji berries grow on vines and look a bit like tiny grape tomatoes. Beta-carotene which is the main pigment present in these berries is responsible for the orange-red color. A concentrate is prepared by removing the excess water from the freshly extracted juice of these berries obtained from mature berry tree. It has a very smooth texture.
