Description
Green garlic are thin, green colored stalks. Its stalks have small, cylindrical to globular white bulbs at the base and the bulb size varies depending on the variety. It is available from late spring through early summer. It is originated in Central Asia. Today it is found in United States, Europe, and Asia.
