Description

Harde is the fruit of the haritaki tree also known as Terminalia Chebula tree, which is native to India and Southern Asia. It is a drupe-like fruit and it is oval in shape. Depending upon its variety, harde turns green – blackish in color when it matures. Haritaki is very commonly used as a herbal supplement and also in combination with other herbal supplements namely 'Triphala', a very popular Ayurvedic supplement.
