Description
Hydrogenated Soyabean Oil is soybean oil (liquid at room temperature) processed by adding hydrogen to make it more saturated. The hydrogenation process (chemical process that transforms liquid vegetable oil to a solid/semisolid state) increases the stability of oil and raises its melting point so that it becomes solid at room temperature.
