Description

Lemon puree is a blend of blanched lemon slices into a blender with the lemon juice and pureed until smooth. It is usually pureed with sugar ( 90% fruit pulp and 10% of sugar) and frozen for convenient use.

Selection Guide

Look for 100% pure and natural lemon puree with no artificial coloring and preservatives added.
