Description

Litchi Honey is the nectar that is from bees that feed especially on Lychee flowers. It is basically sourced from fresh lychee blossoms growing in India. It is dark golden or amber in color and quickly crystallizes as the temperature drops. It can be used as a substitute to sweeteners in baked goods and drinks.
