Description
Mango squash is an easy to make, delicious mango drink. Squash is prepared by combining one part concentrate with four or five parts water (carbonated or still). Firm ripe mango fruits are peeled and cut into slices and blended to create a tempting ripe mango squash. To make mango squash at home, add 4 cups sugar and 2 cups water in a pan and boil. Make sure that the contents are dissolved completely and continue to cook it till one-thread consistency is reached. Take it off the heat and mix in the lemon and mango juice. Now store it in sterilized air tight bottles and its good to use.
