Description
Mutton masala is a popular recipe in India made up of mutton pieces in spicy gravy and garnished with finely chopped onion andwith well-sliced tomatoes and sweet flavored yogurt. To make mutton masala at home, heat oil in a pressure cooker and fry sliced onions until they turn to slight golden. Add ginger garlic paste and let it cook for few minutes. Once done, add mutton pieces and cook. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, mutton masala and mix everything together very well and cook on a low flame. Add chopped tomatoes and cook for few minutes again. Add yogurt followed by little water and chopped coriander leaves. Cook it till the meat gets tender. As it cooks, serve it with rice, roti or bread.
