Description

Natural colours are dyes, pigments or substances naturally derived from fruits, vegetables, animals or minerals. They are permitted to be used as food coloring agents in food and drinks to make them look more appealing. They may fade under heat or light or change colours at different pH levels. A few natural food colors include turmeric (E100), paprika (E160c), annatto (E160b), elderberry juice (E163), carmine (E120) and caramel coloring (E150a-d).

Natural colors are available in gel, paste, powder or liquid form. Select according to your requirement. Check for their "use-by" date before purchasing.
