Description

Cranberry is a round, elongated fruit, scarlet red in color, in the subgenus Oxycoccus of the genus Vaccinium. Natural Cranberry Flavouring is a concentrated cranberry extract derived from cranberries and prepared in a base of propylene glycol, glycerin, water, ethyl alcohol. It is used to add sweet-tart, cranberry flavour and color to baking and confectionery products.
