Description
Orange cells are membranous vesicles of the fruit's endocarp that hold the juice. They are obtained by separating the orange pulp of the freshly squeezed juice of oranges from the cells. Each cell has approximately the same shape and size. They are pasteurized and frozen to conserve them.
