Description

Orange emulsion is an orange flavour water-based alternative to orange extract. The flavor is micro encapsulated in natural stabilizers and suspended in water to ensure that it doesn't lose its integrity when exposed to high heat. It is water-soluble and can be used to flavour both food and beverages.
