Organic Extra virgin coconut oil is unrefined coconut oil which is made by cold-pressing the liquid from the coconut meat. The oil is then separated from the milk and water. It is almost same as virgin coconut oil while organic extra virgin coconut oil contains different amounts of free fatty acids.
