Description

Parboiled Foxtail Millet is partially boiled yellow small seeded foxtail millet.

Health benefits

  • Foxtail Millet has high calcium content , which helps in strengthening bones. It also contains D vitamin. Thus,foxtail millet consumption helps in the development of bones in children and maintains bone health in adults.
  • Foxtail millet gets digested at a slower rate because of  the high content of fiber present in it  giving one a feeling of fullness which helps to controls excessive food consumption.(1)
