Partially Skimmed Milk Powder is spray-dried milk powder prepared by removing water from whole milk from which half of the cream is removed. It is obtained by concentrating milk protein by ultrafiltration of milk, partly. It can be used as a substitute for regular or whole milk. It has a longer shelf life than liquid milk.
