Choose passion fruit which is heavy in size and has wrinkles on it. Avoid taking hard passion fruit as it might not be ripe.
Passion fruit is not good for pregnant women as it may trigger uterus to contract. It should not be taken before surgery as it might increase the effect of anesthesia.(2)
