Pineapple puree is readily available in market in packaged form, check its expiry date before purchasing. When making pineapple puree at home, look for fresh pineapple with no brown spots on it.

Description
Pineapple puree is smooth, crushed or blended pineapple with soft consistency. The pineapple chunks are cooked with sugar until soft and, then blended in a food processor to make thick, yellow puree. It can be used in cakes, milkshakes, pineapple breads, jams and syrups.
