  1. Rajamudi Rice can be prepared into any rice dish like pulao, fried rice or biryani. They can be used as a substitute to white rice in idli and dosa. They can be replated with rice flour to make rotis and kadabus.

Description

Rajamudi Rice is the rarest and one of the popular variety of red rice. They were earlier grown exclusively for the “Wodeyars” or maharajas of Mysore. They are unpolished and comes in a mix of red and brown color.
