Vegetarian

Description

Red capsicums are red, thin smooth skinned, crunchy, mildly sweet tasting, hollow vegetables that are juicier variants of the green capsicum. A typical red capsicum pulp is prepared from aged red peppers, fermented with salt, mixed with vinegar, and then screened to separate the fleshy pepper pulp from seeds and skins.
